Bio: Yanka Totseva teaches different subject in pedagogy, educational management, and rhetoric in two Bulgarian Universities – European Polytechnical University and South-West University “Neofit Rilski”. She has been a visiting lecturer in Universities in Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, Serbia. She has experience in the application of innovative and interactive teaching methods in higher and continuing education. She has participated as a team leader and trainer in over ten projects related to civil and intercultural education, training and qualification of teachers, preparation of trainers for working in multicultural environment, partnership, intercultural communication, tolerance etc.
